Do you think that even fairly short (say two sentence) boiler plate text appearing on many page can look bad? The example of the site: search for your site looked to be fairly small.
e.g. “Have you experienced this product? If so tell us what’s it like and share your views in the box below?”
I’d say you’re OK with that, as that’s actually quite minimal. Our problem was much greater than that – 100 / 200 words of copy duplicated across some pages.
